Please can I have instructions on how to export the data via reports? Thank you so much

Good Afternoon, 

What Data are you trying to export?
When a report is run, at the top of the screen in the report viewer there is a print icon should you wish to print, or if you click the floppy disc icon, you can export to Excel or PDF.

Thank you for your quick response. I'm trying to run a report of all our data. When I try and run any report I receive the patient selector box pops up? I am not sure when to go from here? Thank you so much
