Run a report for recalls set in the past (i.e. to pick up those cancelled due to covid)

Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to run a report/query so that I can find a list of patients with a recall set in a particular month in the past e.g. April 2020.  This is so I can then start to book in the covid cancelled patients in the correct order.

The "Patient who did not attend" report may be what you're looking for. It will display all patients cancelled between a date range and who haven't rebooked.

In addition to Liam's answer, if you need to see a list of patients who were due a recall in a particular month and have not been seen since, you can do this from the Recall Patients screen.

• From the Appointment Book click View
• Select Recall Patients
• In the Recall Status box select Non-booked recalls, recall letter not sent
• In the Display recalls up to the end of box, use the button to go back to the required month
• Tick the Limit Results to box and type 1 in the months box
• Click Search
• You can now print the list of patients who were due a recall in that specific month
