SYS2000_log size is 700Gb

Hi, We are currently using CS Imaging and we have also used R4 in the past. Our C drive shows full and the problem seems to be the SYS2000_log file. It is somehow 700Gb in size. Any ideas what can we do about it? Thank you.

Hi Matt, unfortunately we don't have a support contract as we no longer use R4. We still use CS imaging. I called the technical team and because there is not a support contract in place, they could not help me.

Hi @robert1523,

Apologies I wasn't aware there was no support contract in place.

You are able to do a SQL reduction on log files, I would recommend you reach out to your IT support who should be able to complete this or google how to reduce SQL logs. I don't feel confident publishing how to complete this on a public forum in case someone else copies.

Take caution when completing any actions like this and always speak to IT support.

Regards

Matt
