One of our surgeries are having problems scanning documents in to R4 comms tab. The message says can't connect to scanner, please could you advise how this could be set up again.
We had a server failure last week and then this started happening.
As this is a technical issue please call the service desk on 0330 0948194.
When you call please let the service desk know whether the unit works outside of R4 and when this stopped working.
