Good morning, is there a way to scan documents into R4 from a connected printer?
We are able to print from R4, but 'Scan Settings' won't allow us to make changes. I am wondering if this is because the server is hosted remotely, as when trying to import it doesn't access files stored locally.
Thanks for your response. Our manager doesn't have admin access unfortunately, but have left it with out HQ. Seems strange that all our practices don't use it, as it would save a lot of time fighting to find paperwork!
Thank you for your question, if your server is hosted remotely I believe you will need an addtional piece of software to allow you to scan. if your Head Office liases with your Account Manager I am sure they will be able to find a solution.
