Schedular Service Manager

Despite the scheduler service manager showing it is running, only the denplan data exchange is working. Importantly no appointment reminders are being sent, including by email. Could someone please contact us asap, we have tried on many occasions to call but no reply, even when holding on for 45mins (twice). Thank you

Sorry you are having these issues, can i ask that your confirm the email account is also open on the pc that sends your appointment reminders. Further to this do you know if you have enough text message credits?
