Can you help, as everyone else, we do not have any link to download 8.1 and we are on 7.2. I have now been on hold for over 40 mins to the helpdesk, surely a link could be sent to all
There is no extraction visit fee in new sdr - is this correct?
Some overview from CS about the new changes would have been professional rather than a dump and avoid on a Friday with inadequate telephone support...really not good enough..!!!

My apologies that you have had to wait on the phone to speak to support. This is due to the government reopening announcement meaning our entire customer base is calling us concurrently. It has, as you know, also coincided with the Scottish Fee Update. This means that we are doing all we can to assist customers.
With regards to the timing of the Scottish Fee Update being available; we were dependent on the information provided by the Scottish board and released this as quickly as possible to our customers to assist them.
