We are on the latest version of R4+ however we are unable to alter an incorrect price against code 4302 without having to get a level 3 dial onto the server.
Can you tell me when an update will be coming out to fix the price as I have another 3 claims waiting to be altered.

Hi Jay just as an update
Due to other recent NHS regulatory changes it is unlikely to be included in v8.1.14 however as a Scottish Fee Update is now due for the beginning of October we will be including the fix in that update as this will be released before v8.1.14 so should be available as soon as possible.

Thanks for the message as you are probably aware the 4302 error is a bug that is being fixed in the next update 8.1.14.
I currently not aware of the timescales this will be released as its with our DEV team but as you have stated calling the desk and getting L3 to run the work around is the current course of action.
Apologies if this is causing issue but we are trying to resolve as soon as possible.
