thank you i had disabled them as they were not going out during restrictions with CV19, however, when i tried sending a singular, it would not send.
i will check and see if they have gone and let you know.
Did you have to change the suffix on all patients to .scot as the .net address no longer exists
I made no amendments to R4, I only enabled the task and sent.
Ok, so they will all still be at .net and therefore will not have sent. As the .net account no longer exists.
checked the emails and none of the messages have gone to the outbox or been sent .
I have run a script on the server PC to change the nhs.net to nhs.scot.
This should now send the SMS, are you able to try sending an SMS when possible.
