Sending a group chat message to all users

Is it possible to send a group chat message to all users, rather than just individuals? I currently have to copy and paste when sending to multiple users. Not a great hardship, but would be great o have the facility to 'send to all'.

Dear Sarah,

Thank you for your question, it is only possible to inititate chat conversations with individual users, however it is possible to send a message to all users, to do this follow the steps below.

1. From the Main Menu of CS R4 click on the Messages button.

2. Click on the New button.

3. Click on the To button.

4. Click on the Select all users option.

5. Click on the OK button.

6. Fill out the Subject and Message and then click on the Send button.
