Temporary Note Missing

I seem to be missing my yellow temporary post-it note on R4....It's not hiding anywhere nor minimised as I've had a good look. I can see the icon but when I press on it. Nothing happens....is there a factory reset option?

Hi, I was going to post with the same issue and although I see the solution above.  I am unable to find the temp note icon on the Windows taskbar?

Hi @njkfyfe,

Along the taskbar at the bottom if you hover over the R4 icon you should see a preview, it might be just a blank window.

If you right click on that blank image then select move, press any arrow on your keyboard and move your mouse it should come back into shot.

You may need to then resize by grabbing the corners.

Hi Stuart...unfortunately when I right click over the yellow post-it nothing comes up. Also tried it with 'Temporary Notes' in the drop down menu at the top.

Hi Alex,

Can you confirm you are trying to right click on the Temporary Note from the task bar along the bottom of your PC?

Should look something like this (may vary depending on your operating system)

Hello Alex,

This is quite a common problem with the temporary note getting stuck off screen! If you want to get it back you can do the following steps:

1. Right click on the Temporary Note icon on the Windows Task Bar (sometimes you may need to hover over the icon & right click the preview)
2. Click on Move
3. Press one of the arrows keys on your keyboard just once
4. Move your mouse back to the middle of the screen, you should see the temporary note following your cursor
5. Left click to release the temporary note

This should be your note returned, if not then let me know and we'll see what else we can do
