Hello all. I have an issue where the terminals grind to a halt at specific times of the day. These times perfectly match when the server is doing a partial backup. Can anyone offer any insight as to why this may be happening? The server meets requirements.
The DB backup shouldn't take much drain on the PC at all, I would recommend speaking to the helpdesk on 0330 094 8194 and we can run through some checks.
