Does anybody else have ongoing problems with the text messaging service? ie not working over bank holidays, not sending/ receiving if incorrect response received from 1 patient? Any suggestions of which is the best company to use?
I am not aware of the system not sending messages on bank holidays and having issues with not sending/receiving due to incorrect response.
It could be your text message settings inside R4 are not set correctly.
I recommend giving the helpdesk a call to look into it.
As for best company to use, we are carestream recommend Healthcare Communications as they are the only company currently integrated into the system.
