Text reminders

Hi

When we send out text reminders for patients who have two appointments in the one day for example with the dentist and the hygienist, naturally 2 texts go out. Is there a way of setting it up so that only the first or earliest appointment is sent out.

This would a) save texts b) not con fuse our patients who tend to look at the second text and the time so can cause them to arrive late.
