Ticking to send an appointment card via SMS or Email doesn't show up on patient coms once sent

When we book an appointment we tick the option to send an appointment card via either SMS or Email and it doesn't show up in coms. Will this become an option to prevent us having to check back through our sent emails to see if a patient has been sent one as this is very time consuming?

Good Afternoon,

Apologies for the delayed response, we will need to raise a suggestion to get this put into a future release of CS R4+.

I cannot give a timeline for this as it will be put for review a discussion of what version it will be included in if seemed beneficial to the software, however we do currently have another suggestion open for including this against the appointment history, would this change benefit you or would you still prefer it appear in comms?
