I have created a report that displays the completed treatments in a specific time period. I am facing a problem on the codes that have stages
Main Code- RCT Filling Molar
Stage1 - Access Cavity
Stage2 Cleaning and Shaping
In the report, the above stages are displayed as RCT Filling Molar(Main code) four times, without the description of the stages.
Is there something that can be done, in-order for the stages to be displayed on the report?
I am not sure if you have checked this with our support team, but I believe this is a 'known issue' with the particular report you are using, it sees each stage as a separate code. If you haven't yet spoken to support, please feel free to do so as they will be able to give you an update on the current status of this issue.
