In Report Manager click on New Report then click ‘Start’
Click the ellipsis and create a new query
Select Treatment Plan Items and click ‘Next’
Place a tick in ‘That have certain [attributes]’ and click on ‘Specify Attributes’
Add the attributes to be able to select the dates and patient code by ticking the ‘Ask’ column for each and choosing the appropriate ‘Operator’ also add the ‘Completed’ criteria equal to Yes. See below:
Finish and Save the query and then select it
Click ‘Next’ and then ‘Report Layout’
Click ‘Click here to edit report properties’
Choose whichever properties you need – see below:
The click OK, Finish and Save.
The final report should look something like this:
Note: This report will display Patient Codes, instead of patients Names.
