Hi Ian,

Can you please elaborate on the nature and kind of issues that are reported after updates on Windows 7. You have mentioned that it is stopping R4 from working. Does this mean that R4 cannot be launched or slowness is reported ? I was mentioning these becasue we have reported few issues where R4 screen is minimizing whenever a user tries to click on the waiting list.

Thank you and awaiting for your reply.

Regards,

Vivek

Dear Vivek,

This issue prevents client machines from launching R4 and is not related to the issue you mention.

I have not heard of this issue before, if you could private message me your account number and or telephone number and I will get someone to call you.

Kind regards

Ian
