We have noticed a yellow FTA sign in the patient's record due to a cut and paste of the appointment. We often used this to decide if a patient should be seen again and although it is a different colour, I think this will create problems in the future.

However, this is not an FTA sign. It is a warning sign, just to make it more visible that an appointment has been moved from its original location, as before this warning sign was available, it was required for the reception to check the history for every appointment just in case it had been moved previously, requiring more time and clicks on the system. This also then works really well with the new parking lot function that was introduced in version 7 of R4+.

As Liam has explained this is a new feature that was recently added and once that appointment is completed the symbol will change to the usual green tick therefore it should not cause any confusion with any FTA appointments.
Also, if you want to easily view how many FTA appointments a patient has then from the Appointment History tab, you can click the DNA Appointments folder on the left-hand side and it will filter the appointment list on the right-hand side to only show DNA (FTA) appointments.
You can do the same with any of the folders on the left-hand side, such as Cancelled Appointments or Postponed Appointments to easily filter the list of displayed appointments.
