appt diary issues

sometimes when we click on a patient , the patient above/below is highlighted and we have to go through 4/5 clicks to get the correct patient, and when we try to cut/paste an appt we have to go through the whole process again, is this a software issue as its only happened since the onset of the new software, we have just had a brand new system installed , but the issue persists.

Many thanks for your post.

It is not something I have heard before in the past, I think for this issue the best course of action is via a phone call and remote connection to check what is happening.

I have your contact details from a previous post so I will raise a support case and we will contact yourself.
