Many thanks for your post.
Below are the steps to export the clinical notes.
1) Load the patients chart
2) Top right of the chart window, there is a drop down arrow called Additional Options
3) Select View Clinical History
4) At the top of the window there is a floppy disk labelled Export
5) Select PDF and save the document to your desktop PC
6) Attach the PDF to an eMail and send
