creating a search for last months patients

Hi 

I am wanting to create a search that will inform us of patients who were seen the previous month but also includes their email address. 

i have already created the search but can not find a way to include their email address

Can you help

Hi,

To be able to add email addresses you need to create a Report using the query you have set up.

Follow these steps:

  • Open Reports on main screen
  • Select New Report
  • Select Next when Report Wizard starts
  • From select query, click the ellipse (3 dots) , scroll to query you set up earlier and select
  • Click next
  • Click Report Layout
  • Select Click here to edit report properties
  • From Fields select all that you wish to be included in the report i.e. name, email etc
  • Select ok
  • Select finish
  • Select Save As New
  • Give the report a name and save

Now from Reports you can select the Report you just created. Remember to select Output display format to your preferred type and click ok.
