I am wanting to create a search that will inform us of patients who were seen the previous month but also includes their email address.
i have already created the search but can not find a way to include their email address

To be able to add email addresses you need to create a Report using the query you have set up.
Follow these steps:
Now from Reports you can select the Report you just created. Remember to select Output display format to your preferred type and click ok.
