It is very difficult to find something that isn't there, but one way you could find a list of patients that haven't had a hygiene appointment is to use the Recall search and this will show you patients who have not had a hygiene appointment for whatever timeframe you choose. However, this does rely on you having recall appointments for hygiene set up. If you have then use a query to limit it to Denplan patients.
