We have got two out of five surgeries up and running and need to get all back on stream very soon.
The pressure point is definitely going to be reception.
Patients are being brought straight into the surgery but we need to avoid reception afterwards.
We urgently need to be able to e-mail an appointment card, e-mail an invoice and e-mail a receipt direct to a patient from R4.
However, when I go into Document Manager, edit Standard Templates, it will not allow me to create an e-mail template for any of these things !
Can someone help me with this please ?
Tee ability to email appointment cards was added to CS R4+ in v7.0. When you book an appointment you can either print an appointment card, email the appointment card, send an SMS or any combination of the three options. The templates for the email and SMS are pre-configured and cannot be modified.
It is not possible to create an email version of the invoice or receipt as the merge fields that are required are not available. Although you could still create a template called Email Invoice or Email Receipt it would not populate the date automatically from R4 so would need to be entered manually every time.
