eDental continuation case

I have a continuation case rejection (E000708) as it states that for a claim type must be "2" for all continuation parts. The start dates are the same for both claims so not sure what is going on.

Also how do I upload an attachment of the screen shot to this message?

Hi Annabale,　

Thank you for your question.　

Error E000708 is related to the selections that you or your staff have made in the upper right hand corner of the claim screen in R4+.　

In order for the claim to be claim type 2, you must select the following options:　

Acceptance Type: Not registered with this dentist　

Patient Type (at acceptance): C Continuing care / Capitation　

These 2 selections will lead to claim type 2.
