eSignatures - clinipad

Do we have to calibrate the eSig clinipad? if so how is this done ?

Many thanks for your post.

We have found that the pads perform best when they are calibrated once/twice a week, please see the steps below.

1. Click on the Windows button > All Programs > Wacom > Wacom Tablet Preference File Utility.
   1. Please note this may be Wacom Tablet Centre
2. Click Remove in the All User Preferences section.
3. When the Preference File Utility window closes, Click on the Windows button > All Programs > Wacom > Wacom Tablet Properties.
4. Select the Calibrate tab.
5. Click the Calibrate button.
6. Tap the four corners of the tablet screen on the crosses indicated in sequence.
7. Log into R4 and test using a test patient that can sign a relevant document.

This process wont take longer than 2 minutes to complete.
