how do i find the interim appts which have been cancelled or not booked due to covid

Thank you for your post.

The easiest way of doing this is to create a query that shows patients with unaccepted courses of treatment and no pending appointments.

1. From the Patients Selector window click Query Wizard
2. Click New Query
3. If the Welcome to the Query Wizard window appears click Start
4. Select Patients and click Next
5. Select that don't have appointments with a status [Appointment Status]
6. Click Specify Criteria
7. Using the drop-down list change the Value to Pending
8. Click OK
9. Select that have an open course of treatment
10. Click Next
11. Select that hasn't been accepted
12. Click Finished
13. Click Save as New
14. Enter a name for the new query

This query will display all patients with a unaccepted course and not just those who are overdue an interim care appointment, you can view the patients' previous appointment to see when they last came in.
