Does anyone keep on getting error messages that database connection lost and then have to shut down the slave computers and reconnect to the server. Keeps on happening a lot in the past few weeks- We use R4
Carestream say it is a software issue on their side and they are working on it..Has anyone else experienced it or resolved it?

The error mentioned sounds like a network issue to me as it states 'error connecting to the server', as CS R4+ is a client/server application it does require a stable network. I have logged a support call to get a support representative to investigate these issues for you.
