It could potentially be the software linked to the pad causing this problem, I would recommend you contact the support team on 0330 094 8194 option 1 and we can run through diagnostics.
If we support the hardware of the device and we are unable to resolve, we would then arrange for a replacement.

the pen has been broken by a patient, who also managed to stand on it and shatter it into 7/8 pieces , rendering it useless.
all my other stylus pens work on my signature pad and i just need a replacement pen , is this something i can get from you ?
