report on current patients with mobile numbers

Hi, I can create a report on patients with mobile numbers but I don't know how to create one for current patients with mobile numbers. I would also appreciate being able to break this down into patients we've not seen in over 5 months.

I was wondering if you could amend the solution - lots of patients still have pending appointments for start of the pandemic eg April 2020 so I don't want those results returned. I would like to see patients who are current, but whose last appointment was more than 6 months ago (and have mobile numbers). I also do not have the option of "last date attended" in the drop down menu. I would be grateful for further advice. Many thanks.

Patients with mobile number, last attended 6 months ago and DO NOT have any pending appointments.

The "Last Completed Appointment" option is here:

Set Mobile Number to specified

Make sure the patient does not have any pending appointments

If they have pending appointments in the past it will skew the results - you really ought to close off all appointments in the past that are still "open" - try running the "Day End Procedure" 

This should be the final query

Good Afternoon

To create a query to find All current patients

1.  With a mobile number, select is specified - see below

2. Without a mobile number, select Not specified - see below

To filter it to only show patients that have not attended for 3 years,

Select Last Completed Appointment Date, Earlier Than, 3 Years Ago

and Include Patients that do not have an appointment of status - Pending, see below

This will only show patients that haven't attended for 3 years (longer) and that do not have an appointment in the future.
