standby list/waiting list

Hi there

When adding a patient onto the standby list, why can I not see all of the dentist that work here? 

Could it be because of the clinic they are assigned to?

Thank you for your post.

When using the Standby List in a multi-clinic environment, select All Clinics from the drop-down list at the top screen if you want to view the details for all users.

If you then want to book an appointment for a user who works at a different clinic, you will need to make sure that you select the correct clinic from the list on the Planner screen.

Hi,

When you are adding a patient to the Waiting List, you can only select a user who has open hours in the clinic that is selected in the Clinic field, so you will need to select the clinic where this user works in order add the appointment to their list.

The tx providers will only show up when you select either their 'home clinic' or the All Users option in the Clinic drop down box.

Hi

Sorry I wasn't very clear, when adding a patient onto the waiting list why is it that when I want to add them to a list with a certain dentist, that dentists name doesn't appear?

Is it because that specific dentists isn't assigned to all clinics?

Hi 

Sorry for the confusion, from the planner, if you click view, then standby list.. 'clinic' and 'user' appears.

However we have several clinics, on some of the clinics some users appear and some don't 

How do I change this?
