Sensei Cloud has the ability to color code the ledger making transactions easy to read and identify.
Turn the feature on in the Administration tab (select Administration under the user-name menu):
1. From the Administration tab select Practice Settings and choose Financial Rules.
2. From the Actions menu (on the left) select Edit Financial Rules.
3. Set Apply Color to Transaction Types to Yes.
In the transaction types you can select which you want to apply color to, and choose the color to display.
The results in the patient ledgers will look like this:
This allows you to quickly find the adjustments vs. charges vs. payments. 🙂
