Curious to see how many discounts or write-off's you are doing?
Click on the User menu - Dashboard - Reports.
Choose transaction list and Create New Report
Under available column - Choose transaction subtype
To the right of transaction subtype - click ALL - from there you can choose all discounts and write offs or choose certain ones.
