If you wanted to pull up a closed claim to apply a payment, how can you find the claim?
Create a new payment for insurance
In the claim field type a " %". This will pull up all the claims open or closed.
Example:
Currently open claims unpaid.
Now use the % to see all claims. The second claim has already been paid ( closed).
