Patient Manager A Sensei Product

Our practice started with Patient Manager A Sensei Product just before Christmas and have been experiencing issues since then. We signed up for the Essentials package which includes

  • Patient Reminders, Confirmations and Missed Appointment Reminders
  • Patient Recall and Reactivation
  • Marketing Campaigns
  • Patient Communicator
  • Reputation Management

Patients were receiving

  • text messages for appts that had been canceled or rescheduled
  • text messages for overdue recall even though they had just been in

A text reminder was even sent to a NP even after the patient canceled and the acct was deleted.

Because of all these issue, I requested that that the RECALL and 1 HOUR reminder features be turned off until the issues have been fixed.

I have called and emailed multiple times but I get the same response...a ticket will be sent to the development  team and we will call you when it is resolved. I have reached out to our e-services sales rep and even sent an email through the CS website.

Has this gotten any better?  We are looking at Patient Manager and want some feedback from actual users.  Please let us know if you can.
