A text reminder was even sent to a NP even after the patient canceled and the acct was deleted.
Because of all these issue, I requested that that the RECALL and 1 HOUR reminder features be turned off until the issues have been fixed.
I have called and emailed multiple times but I get the same response...a ticket will be sent to the development team and we will call you when it is resolved. I have reached out to our e-services sales rep and even sent an email through the CS website.
