Printing Bulk Outstanding Billing Statements- Sensei Cloud

Hi Exchange Users,

I'm having difficulty finding a thread that's addressed this topic. Does anyone have any insight on printing billing statements for multiple patients?

Dentrix had this option and I'm not sure if Sensei does yet or if I'm just having a hard time finding it.

The steps I've been taking on Sensei are listed below:

Dashboard>Reports>Patient List>Change Total Balance to "All Non Zero"

I then export the list and open each patient's chart and print their individual billing statements.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Brittany! 

Thanks for your question. I'm happy to say we have a solution that meets your needs. We currently have a Bulk Statement Generator in Sensei Cloud that you can use to print billing statements for multiple patients based on parameters that you've set. After selecting paramaters, you are presented with a list of patients who qualify for a statement, then have the ability to review the list and manually remove any patients you don't want to receive one. You can access this area by going to your Location Tab > To Do Menu > Statements
