Currently there is not a report to show who has outstanding ins over 30 days with an appointment scheduled in the next 30 days. I would like for my insurance coordinator to be aware of these appointments to they can confirm the claims have been received and will be paid before we do more treatment. Furthermore the patients need to be notified if the claims are not being paid they are responsible for the balance and will not have ins for upcoming appointment. Can we please have this developed so that at the very least it could be user select and better yet canned report that could be hard coded into system to be set up as a default report to run as a warning. It could also be set up to be useful on the Practice central.
