We’ve been trying to get our a/r down. And now we are told we utility doesn’t work. Need to do it manually.
I will have to manually do it because they’re a bunch of inept over there. There is no way our receivables number stayed the exact same number as last month with as hard as I’ve been working it had to go down at least 80,000
i am sorry to hear that , i checked the notes from previous calls on our system and i see this ticket was already escalated to our escalation team , i am sure they are investigating the case and they should be in touch with you ASAP
