I have a patient that is showing a balance, however the account is showing a $0.00 balance.... Can anyone tell me why this might be happening? I checked all other patients on the account have $0.00, I was hoping to find one with a credit balance that would make this make sense, but no. Please help. Thanks

I am having the same problem again and checked for the 0 on all accounts... That is not the issue this time. Any other suggestions?
contacted office and found out it is related to insurance balance being incorrect on account transactions
