The account again report can take a very long time to run and finish. For fast results run it from the server. I am not suggesting using the server as a workstation, however for this report it is very helpful. This reports goes much faster.
If you are not able to run from the server, then run it on a workstation where you can start it and then walk away to another computer for daily tasks.
