Appointment Notes

When you add an appointment note, does the appointment have to be scheduled for an hour for it to print on the scheduler?  Or is there a setting you can make it print for 1/2 hour appointments - we run on 10 minutes increments.  Also, it would be helpful to have more characters THAT ARE ACTUALLY THERE for the note space.  The space is deceiving and really does challenge the wording. softdentgirld.canalestshaw

We are on Classic scheduler, Softdent version 16.2.8. Sorry, I know that helps!!

It is bases on space and the # of procedures 

Name, Medical Alerts (this uses 2 out of 3 times slots)

then factor in the number of procedures

Kay, remind me what version you are on, specifically classic scheduler or new... that could impact the answer to this question.
