Billing full fee to insurance company, but billing patient actual allowed price

I am trying to change my Medicaid billing fees.  I want to Bill to Medicaid plans the full fee.  I want the actual Medicaid allowable fee to show on the transaction screen.

example:   120  is $54.  I want to send $54.00 to Medicaid and I want $28.78 on the patient transaction screen.  thanks for any help.

Try setting up an allowable table for Medicaid. Each transaction will have your full fee and the allowable pmt &  write-off will be calculated. You can do this for all plans you participate with. 

LIST > Allowable Table > Add
