We;ve been unable to open our SoftDent cloud for 2 hours now and I have been waiting 1.5 hours for a call back from cloud support. I was told that all their lines are busy, so does that mean their servers are down? I wish they would put some type of update on this site if that is the case since it's hard to get answers on the phone.
