Suddenly we can't move appointments with the mouse...how else can you change the appointment time?? This is very frustrating. On top of the cloud being painfully slow today.
I also cannot cancel this appointment. I can't just make a new appointment at the same time either because then the error of "pt already has an appt at that time" blocks it. my solution has been to just block the range with a note. I wonder what will happen when it's the day of the appt and I need to check it out???
Due to the nature of this issue we would need to troubleshoot to see why an appointment can't be moved or canceled and why you can not add a new appointment. It may be a situation where we need to run a Scheduler Repair utility.
