Softdent stated Care Credit services are down, all terms of Care Credit charge ,ie (12 mo SAC , 6 mo etc) are no longer viewable in the Transaction screen. Additionally, Review/reprint of past Care Credit receipts within SD will not operate. Carestream advised me to contact Care Credit. Care Credit stated all systems were functional. The Carestream Escalation team took screen shots of occurrences and issues and have sent these issues to be investigated. Is anyone else having this issue????
I’m assuming you are with Global Payments (formally TSYS), and if you are, then there is a new epayments version 3 available (actually mandatory) b/c Global Payments is no longer supporting previous versions. That may be related to your issue …
Thank you kindly!!, I will certainly look into that. I would assume that if it were mandatory, it would have been updated via SD as it is their partner resource. I will check with Global Payments. SD powers at be........ do you think that DrCavola's suggestion is worth while for SD to look into??

Remarkably, the CareCredit option via SD processed a payment today. There was no advisement from Carestream that the issue had possibly been rectified.

Outside of CareCredit, if you are using ePayments (now Payment Manager) there is a new version that customers have moved to. I have not heard that that has affected CareCredit, but I will ask just in case.
