Certain procedures won't enter the treatment plan from the patients chart

When posting 4381 Arestin on a patients treatment plan it won't enter. Everything else entered. The front office entered it manually by going to pt info screen > treatment plan (left side bar) then add. Why won't it enter from the patients restorative chart like the rest of the plan?

I know this issue was discovered in 17.1.1 and it has not been resolved as of yet. The only workaround to get that code to show up in the Clinical History within the chart is to navigate to List>ADA Codes and make sure code 4381 looks like this: 

This will not allow any charting graphics to show, but will allow the code to show in Clinical History only.
