Has anyone experienced on some plans when you post a child prophy code 1120 it converts it to 1110 with a warning that the patient is an adult when their age is 12 or higher but definitely not 18? Where is the setting that triggers Softdent to make this change?
Hellojohnbcarpenter! Have you checked the Patient Adult Age value under Practice Information?
I would start with this to ensure the correct age save in this area.
1. Click File on the main menu bar.
2. Select Practice.
3. Click Edit.
4. Review the Patient Adult Age field and change the age value there if needed.
5. Click OK to save.

I agree with Tiffany. Check your practice information first. Then make sure the patient's birth date is entered in their patient information. That should take care of it. If not, please reach out to me directly and I can log in and check out your system.
