Is anyone else unable to log onto the cloud? The window states unable to process this request. How long can we expect to be down? Someone in the office forgot to print schedules and we don't know what is going on today!!!! OF ALL DAYS!
Two of our three locations are unable to log in with Citrix. For some reason, one of our locations is fine. Carestream has escalated the issue with Citrix. I reported it at 7:30 am EST. Still hoping they get it resolved quickly.
