Ayman, you are saying this happens even when you're not doing a clinical note. It didn't do it except if they didn't cancel out of a note like noting a broken appointment in the clinical note area. But even when we bring in reports or make a note of something being sent out, this message is coming up and it was not doing it prior to Friday. So something happened and I have no idea what except that is causing a lot of frustration.
ayman and wendy, My problem has yet to be solved!!!!! My account has been transferred to another escalations team member. We are still grasping at straws. Any imput or ideas would be helpful.
Hey Nina , sorry for the delay , i checked the notes and seems that our escalation team is still working on this issue , sorry for taking so long but i am sure they will find a solution soon
