You may have received the following message as a pop-up today, Tuesday, 10/22:
IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM CARESTREAM DENTAL
Tomorrow morning when you reboot, your system may give you a momentary error. That error should not be a problem and you should be able to continue to work. Your icons to launch the software may not appear immediately. After a minute you should see the icons reappear and you can continue as normal. If for any reason you are not able to launch the software after a minute, please email support.us@csdental.com. For additional details please see The Exchange at community.carestreamdental.com.

We have identified an issue where CS Cloud application icons could be missing after the following message appears:
If Citrix Receiver is restarted:
Once you click OK, the desktop icons will disappear. Simply wait one minute and the desktop icons will reappear and work normally.
If the computer is rebooted:
The following message will appear in the bottom right corner of your screen near the system tray:
Simply ignore the message. After a minute, your desktop icons should appear and work as expected.
